[Grow] Wi[th] Us.

Our Culture

07 Work-wise, we act as a strategic counsel to clients, and are always in for long-term partnerships rather than short-term benefits. Sales folks should not expect to close clients for ‘quick wins’, while account delivery guys always think about the ‘long game’.

06 Working at a firm like ours is definitely tough, but fulfilling: intense sessions, racking your brains, being pushed to your limits every day, and improving your work through the harshest feedback, but that’s where the personal growth occurs.

05 Growth.sg is a meritocratic and equal-opportunity employer. We are 100% non-discriminatory in talent selection and management.

04 Every one who makes it through our doors will be entrusted with real responsibility from day one. Bring a life jacket if you can’t swim.

03 Hold yourself to the highest standards. Be your own biggest critic. Stop whining. Start working. Make things happen.

02 Your caffeine-fueled work day will stretch you, but we informally relax in the evenings through chit-chats and the like – we’re flat – you can literally ping anyone for a chat anytime (just respect their calendars!)

01 As appreciated by employees and freelancers: 100% flexible/hybrid work arrangement, bi-monthly team meals (on company’s tab!), open communication culture, getting to ‘bro’ your boss, constant professional guidance/mentorship, tough love (???), we’re all foodies (yay!)

Obviously, you also do not need to major in computer science, but you should be equal parts logical and creative, and also have a keen learning mind.

In any case, work very hard. Be very hungry. Be famished.

– You possess a strong, life-defining unwillingness to remain an ordinary person. You are unfazed amidst a fast-moving and unforgiving business climate.

– You are highly resourceful, learn fast and in a nonlinear way, and you make magic out of thin air, even if it’s due in full to your sheer resilience. You prioritise executing over planning, and have a high bias for action.

– You are an ‘over-communicator’ – you always make yourself 120% clear and use concise, unambiguous communication methods (especially important in remote work).

– You help teammates achieve success, whether that be lending support, putting them on your shoulders, or otherwise.

– You treat yourself with the most unreasonable standards at work, do not compromise the quality of output, and take an extreme amount of pride in your work. Some will call you OCD. We call you one of us.
