[Grow] Wi[th] Us.

Our Culture

07 Work-wise, we act as a strategic counsel to clients, and are always in for long-term partnerships rather than short-term benefits. Sales folks should not expect to close clients for ‘quick wins’, while account delivery guys always think about the ‘long game’.

06 Working at a firm like ours is definitely tough, but fulfilling: intense sessions, racking your brains, being pushed to your limits every day, and improving your work through the harshest feedback, but that’s where the personal growth occurs.

05 Growth.sg is a meritocratic and equal-opportunity employer. We are 100% non-discriminatory in talent selection and management.

04 Every one who makes it through our doors will be entrusted with real responsibility from day one. Bring a life jacket if you can’t swim.

03 Hold yourself to the highest standards. Be your own biggest critic. Stop whining. Start working. Make things happen.

02 Your caffeine-fueled work day will stretch you, but we informally relax in the evenings through chit-chats and the like – we’re flat – you can literally ping anyone for a chat anytime (just respect their calendars!)

01 As appreciated by employees and freelancers: 100% flexible/hybrid work arrangement, bi-monthly team meals (on company’s tab!), open communication culture, getting to ‘bro’ your boss, constant professional guidance/mentorship, tough love (???), we’re all foodies (yay!)
